I’ve loved ZenCog since moving back to Jacksonville in 2012 from California, and now I love them even more. I’ve got a lot of great ZenCog success stories, but recently they went above and beyond to get a frame fixed for me that I thought was a goner. The professional mechanics and sales people know their stuff and are friendly and informative. I’ve been to a hundreds if not thousands of bike shops. ZenCog is at the top of the mark. Everyday cyclists helping everyday cyclists.

I had my bike shipped here for reassembly before starting at least a 6 month bike tour. My bike has seen thousands upon thousands of miles. John noticed it needed some repairs so that I'd have a safe bike to be starting out on this year. I had him put on the new parts and it is just beautiful and runs perfectly. Garfield was very helpful to me on the phone regarding having it shipped. I can't say enough nice things about my experience with this shop. Thank you gentlemen from the bottom of my heart!

Unprofessional Owner with poor communication skills. Rather support other local bike shops like Open Road, Tucker Cycles, or Champion Cycling. Edit: No I am not the guy about the spoke count on rims but sounds like you had a different negative interaction. I was a customer that you worked on a bike for. Really not need to rehash out the whole situation. Rarely do I ever leave a bad review (especially for local businesses) but I really felt it necessary to let others know what they should expect as they walk in. You really should work on your customer service skills and overall professional communication skills.
