Went in pretty close to closing time just to browse their selection. I didn't catch the employees name but dude was super nice and helpful, and happily stopped what he was doing to show me a couple bikes.

I was looking to rent a bike for about 5 days and ended up buying a Klunker. It had a minor issue from the factory so I took it back to get repaired and they took care of it. The entire staff was awesome and fixed it right away. Great people to talk with and they're very knowledgeable about what they do. Love my Klunker! Thanks.

Easily the best shop in Long Beach. Jon and Ricky were very helpful, quick, knowledgeable and in no time was able to make the tweaks to get my daughter and I back on the road. Jon is super humble and leads a great team. Thank you for the quick fixes, going above and beyond on the details we didn’t see and class in bike anatomy. Looking forward to supporting this bike shop for years to come.

Helpful Staff; Doesn’t do maintenance on Ebikes, but will safely keep/secure them for you👍🏽 Courteous w/ biking info in the LBC. A City-ran business.

So grateful they’re my neighborhood bike shop. I finally learned how to pump my bike tires, and also learned how to not over pump them. On top of that, he noticed my seat latch was open and fixed it so it wouldn’t slide down on me riding and I think someone messed with that when I had my bike locked outside somewhere. Great attention to detail! And great assistance. I was in and out!
