Super friendly and responsive service. Stopped by to get hub lights and fenders with install. Fender mounting bolts were loose and caused both fenders to start rubbing up against my tires after like two weeks. No big deal, I'm sure they'd make it right if I called them but I just fixed myself. Also had them run the wiring for my dynamo lights. When I dropped the bike off I mentioned that there was internal routing in the fork, but they opted to just gorilla tape the cables. Maybe there is a good reason but seemed lazy to not use clips or zip ties. But again, maybe there was a reason not to- I'm not a mechanic.

Popped in today for a replacement seat for my wife’s bike. The staff were really friendly and helpful, helped my wife select a new seat and made sure it was configured properly for her. Very cool shop with a lot of vintage bikes and accessories.

The Bicycle Stand is an oasis of kindness . If you do not like kind people you should not go here . You will be disappointed that you will be treated with respect and a refreshing realness of life that should always be present in communication . The owner Evan his wife Nicole & his staff ... Chad , Patrick , Logan & Corey are the fuel of this fine tuned machine of a business . Gratitude is all I have 4 ALL of you ! 🫶🏻🙏🏻❤️ Customer service , high quality mechanics & product are worth the cost .🤝🏻

I had my old cheap bike for about 10 years, and I knew it was time for an upgrade, so I decided to take a chance at their shop and I'm very happy that I did. This bike is honestly the best bike I ever had, and I enjoy the look and feeling of my new bike. I highly recommend for anyone looking to get a new bike or even repairs done these guys would do it and offer such a positive experience.

A great bike shop that delivers value to deep enthusiasts and mainstream cyclists alike. Had such a positive and patient experience with Josh and Evan working through a custom build that turned out exactly as I had hoped. The build involved custom frame modifications, specialty paints, unique components, and personal preferences woven throughout the bike. Could not be happier with how it turned out or with my experience working with their team on this build.
