Wide selection of gear, bikes, and repair/maintenance options. Great pricing, lots of good discounts on apparel too. Brent was extremely helpful. Had a very good experience here, wish all bike shops were this friendly.

Service Guys Were Amazing! Came in at 5:45 on a Friday with a front wheel for my kids e-bike that was severely bent after getting hit by a car. After looking for a wheel and brake disc assembly. They didn't have one and neither did the PH store.. Without hesitation, the boys went to work on trying to piece together the perfect replacement from new items and whatever they could find around the shop. I felt bad for coming in so late, but with a smile, good conversation and a GREAT attitude, these guys performed with a high level of knowledge and skill to get me paid and out the door by 6:02. They are quick to sell you a bike, but their service department has to be the worst. I've ever dealt with had my bikes 2 months to order a new charger and a new battery, with absolutely no communication. And when you call, you cannot get ahold of anybody and nobody returns your call. My suggestion is to buy a bike from a different store. Because they love to sell you them. But then they don't follow-up on anything they say

Doug has EXCELLENT customer service. I didn’t have to wait long at all before he greeted me with a smile. He is very knowledgeable and helped me pick the right pedals for my bike. I appreciate him being so patient with all of my questions. If you want excellent service go see Doug…. Thank you and I will definitely be back because of him!!!

The guys at this bike shop are awesome. Super friendly and do an amazing job building wheels. It’s hard to find a shop that will build you custom wheels.
