*Great service, knowledgeable techs* Called up Geoff on Friday for a rental the next day. It was well worth the $50 to go check out the local High Hill Creek Bike and Run Park! The bike disassembled and reassembled easily for transport in my hatchback rental car. When I came back, I spoke with Will and he showed me a couple bikes, gave expert recommendations as I told him what I was looking for, and even wrote down the model of my best fit so I could order it at my home shop in Virginia (they didn't have that specific bike in an XL size in stock and I was leaving the next day). Please check this crew out and throw them some well-deserved business!

Phil has been in business 40+ years. Service, quality and the personal touch. Enough said. Proud to know you. Below see the life of a QUEVAS frame with all Super Campy components purchased in the 80's at Phil's. 2020 still going strong!

Steven is Awesome!!! I don't live in Florence, but I had business there so I stopped in. I've been looking to upgrade my bike, but my local stores did not have the bikes I was interested in available to see or ride. They would order anything for me, but I did not want to be stuck with a bike that was like the one I test rode except with wider tires and different shifter and a woman''s frame etc. Phil's Bicycle World was awesome. They had a variety of bikes and let me ride any of them. They have a trail right out their back door. I rode the bikes that interested me. Steven, the salesman was knowledgeable and answered all my noob questions with much patience. He made me feel comfortable. He listened to me and made suggestions without pressure. Ultimately he helped me to determine what I needed with the correct fit. I almost didn't stop but, ultimately ordered the exact one I want. I found out they were having a sale the next day and they said they will discount me the sale price. Made me so happy I ordered more stuff

I had a breakdown in Florence on the way from Asheville to Myrtle Beach, these guys patched me up pretty quick, though it was a tad bit priced to the high end. Otherwise, the staff were knowledgeable and kind. The store was stocked with nearly everything you would need and the showroom was immaculate. If I am ever in a pinch in the area again, I would go back, but if I wasn't too hard pressed, I'd probably look elsewhere for a cheaper price first.
