Nicolas saved Christmas! I had ordered a bike online for my daughter for Christmas (not via Bicycle Chain) and discovered that there were some problems with the instructions/parts provided. Even though I didn't order the bike with them, Nicolas was able to give it a look and, within 24 hours, had a) resolved the issue and b) fully assembled the bike. Fantastically quick service, great communication, and the work itself seems top-notch as well (I won't know until we gift it and it is used). Highly highly recommend this place!

Amazing staff and good selection! I came into this shop a few different times to try out some full suspension mountain bikes, and every time the staff here was extremely helpful in selecting something best for me. Mike sold me on the Santa Cruz I'd had my eye on for a while, and I was extremely satisfied with the whole experience. Can't recommend enough!

Awesome shop. They swapped groupsets for me and I'm super happy with the result. A pretty unusual request also - Shimano electronic to Campy mechanical. No more creaky bottom bracket and the shifting is ultra crisp. The cable management up front also looks very clean. The price was very reasonable compared to some other quotes I have received and they are very communicative over text.

Steve did an amazing job helping me understand all the intricate details of the bike I was interested in, the Santa Cruz Blur. Not only is he knowledgeable in the aspects of the bike, but he does not put any pressure on you when making the sale, he allows you to decide if you are ready to commit to a bike. I really enjoyed the whole experience with Steve and the team, I would recommend them to everyone.

I stopped by this shop to get a new seat and was greeted by Jack who was very friendly and helpful. I also wanted to check out the gravel bikes, and he patiently showed me several, adding pedals and seats to different brands, models and sizes. Even though I explained I was just visiting this area (from New England), I will be coming back soon to purchase from this store because of the great experience I had.
