Very helpful and honest. I went for a bike tune-up and they charged much less than the original estimation given to me. This happened since the bike didn't need an overhaul maintenance as expected. Definitely, this shop has my future businesses.

Was referred here from the east brunswick location to get routine maintenance on my bike. As soon as I was walked in I was immediately greeted in a friendly manner by Conner. Even though they couldn’t help me fix my ebike due to company policies. Conner showed me exactly what it needed and gave me places to go to get it done. he even quickly fixed my seat post that was loose and adjusted my brake handle. Whole interaction was around 5 minutes!! Conner is quick and professional. I recommend you ask for his services when you come!!!!

Just made a simple call. New to bikes and currently have to ride my bike 35 miles a day to get to work. I asked why my back tire would keep rubbing and if he had any advice for me. He cut me off and said go on YouTube look it up and fix it. I asked politely for his name he said, "it doesn't matter". And hung up... very unhelpful.. maybe he should get a new job if he doesn't want to be nice

Another bike shop made a mess of my bike tuning it up and then tried charging me to fix what they broke! I brought my bike here and the man that helped me fixed my bike quickly and it was very affordable! I will be taking my bike here from now on - he was so knowledgeable and friendly!

Went there have some work done on my bike... guy kept telling by the parts myself then finally said I don't want to work on your bike... called the spot in Woodbridge super nice guy took the bike right in with no hassle's at all... I wouldn't even entrain this place with giving them business 👎
