Incredible experience, everyone was super helpful and informative. The trade in was super easy to do. I’ve bought bikes from other shop before and none actually took you outside and to watch you ride to make sure the bike fit correctly and made adjustment on the fly. Plus they even fix your first flat for free! And recommend riding your bike for a few weeks and come back for any other fit adjustments at no cost. Overall, amazing shop definitely check them out! Highly recommend!

Great shop, bought my Ibis Exie here, beautiful bike that's performed great in races for me over the past two years. The owner Adam understands racing and Planetary Cycles carries more brands than any bike shop that I know of in the Houston area.

What a fantastic place. I was in search of the 5 10 flat shoes and I gave Planetary Cycles a call, Adam is who I spoke with. Well, it was an actually a conversation over text since they had that option on their website. Adam informed me that they didn't have any 5 10's in stock but some good alternatives from Giro that I should come check out. Not only that but also on clearance at 50% off. I've always been happy with Giro products so the wifey and I headed up there. I was assisted by Margo in-store and she was great. Adam dropped in to say hello and all was good in the world. We ended up getting two pair of Giro's and very happy with the service and purchase.

Excellent service! We came in here with no appointment, and I saw its really quickly. We got a new bike seats, new helmets, I finally got a kickstand for my bike, and they fitted me for it. We are in and out really fast. And got great advice. Definitely worth the trip!
