Fantastic and friendly customer service. I brought my 12 year old Trek 1.1 road bike in for a complete restoration and pickup of an FX mountain bike that was on sale. The turn around time was fast and I was blown away by the quality of the work. My bike was in bad shape and now it’s been given a new life. I’m staying with Trek.

The staff are very knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and super friendly. I did a bit of homework before visiting to come up with a short list of options that suited my needs and the folks in the store helped me make my final selection. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I’ve ridden 10 to 15 miles per day the past three days after purchasing my FX Sport 6 and I look forward to adding more miles each evening.

Awesome experience!!!!! The bike fit experience with Cynthia is something I would recommend to anyone who is looking to find the right fit on a bike! We get fitted to clothes, golf clubs, and bowling balls...why not bikes!!! It is the most essential part of the riding experience to get you off and riding. I bought my first bike (Hybrid) and was eyeball fitted to it. Now that I have been expertly fitted to my first road bike with Trek fit ...it's an experience like non other that every rider should experience!!!!? Thank you Cynthia!!!!!!! What a great experience to shop at Trek Bicycle Houston West University. My wife and I moved to Houston recently - and this shop is one more of the many great experiences we have had being in Home Sweet Houston. I can highly recommend.

Trek Bikes West Houston is hands down the best bike shop in town. I was struggling to find anyone who could service my VanMoof S3, especially since the company went bankrupt. After visiting multiple shops in Houston, Trek was the only one that could actually fix it! They have a huge selection of bikes—race bikes, mountain bikes, city bikes—and the customer service is top-notch. It was my first time there, and I was blown away by how they treated me. Danny is the GOAT! He can fix almost anything, and my bike is proof of that. I’ll definitely be coming back. Trek Bikes West Houston gets a 10 out of 10 from me
