This is more than just a neighborhood bicycle shop. I was riding my bike this morning and my pedal malfunction I came & Chris the owner not only did he take good care of my bike with no charge. I went on and upgraded and got a tuneup on my bike and now she’s riding like a baby. Thanks a lot Chris and your Great staff. You guys are 10 out of 10.#bigtrucktony

Stopped by PlayTri Las Colinas on my way home, mainly to ask some questions about which bike would be best for my use-case. I was in and out within 20 minutes, and the experience was fantastic! The gentleman who assisted me (apologies, I didn’t catch his name) was super friendly and knowledgeable. He walked me through his recommendations, presented several options at different price points, and even let me feel and lift the bikes to test the weight. To top it off, I walked away with an incredible deal—almost 40% off a bike! He even threw in a free LMNT hydration stick and wished me luck on my next race. This was customer service at its finest. Highly recommend this store and will definitely be returning. 10/10 experience!

This was my first time going to this store. They were very helpful and friendly! I left with a new pair of cycling shoes at a great price! Highly recommend!

Chris and his team did an awesome job on my mtb. I dropped it off for a dropper post install in the morning and it was ready to roll in the afternoon! Fantastic place to have your bike serviced in Irving! Great customer service and gear selection for all your two wheel needs 😀

Best bike shop in DFW! I’m glad I chose Playti Las Colinas for my new bike purchase. Chris was really helpful and accommodating for all of my extra part substitutions. They got my new bike delivered and built within a week. Plus a free bike fitting and tune up are a great plus!
