Great place and Jimmy is fantastic. He changed the seat on my bike for free and even gave some suggestions on where I can get my bike checked up at (I have a pretty big e bike). Overall they're friendly and helpful.

I am very impressed with Trek Coppell and would not hesitate to endorse their sales and service. Everyone is accommodating, knowledgeable, and provide excellent service/repair. They have always shown respect and a high degree of technical Knowledge. Great customer service and very nice people.

I am so grateful to Jimmy! I just left the shop with a smile on my face. This gentleman was working on another bike when I came in yet he was kind enough to look at my bike and was even able to repair on the spot with ease. The price was very affordable too! Picked up a Marlin 5 for my foray into mountain biking. The staff was very knowledgeable & easy to work with. Had a minor issue with the brakes a few weeks later and Jimmy was beyond helpful, quickly addressing the problem & walking me through the mechanisms, etc. so I understood what was going on. Have been super pleased with the bike. Highly recommend!

We walked in and greeted with a friendly face. Matt assisted us and was very knowledgeable on helping me find the perfect cruiser. We added an old school basket and got it installed by Mrs. Nikki. She was very nice and did a fantastic job installing the basket. Thank you Trek family. Customer service here is phenomenal! I would definitely recommend.
