Great shop, but plz the not outgoing owner, be careful loading bikes in and out of cars. Appreciate it, but was going to load myself since I just treated myself to a new car. After two deep scratches, down to metal everyone that looks at my car now (for sale) mentions the scratches. They want to pay less money for it. $200 for a paint repair??? Plz be careful! 😫Retired!

My son recommended Plum Grove several years ago. The owners, Mike and Tom are consummate bicycle artisans. They have consistently solved and repaired complicated problems with my bikes at fair prices. I appreciate the value of talented and committed people especially when they commit themselves to worthy causes...Mike and Tom clearly fit these criteria. In this era of eroding competence and customer service, Plum Grove Cyclery stands out as a rare gem in the industry!

Tom and Alex we're extremely knowledgeable and took great care of us. They had a lot of stock on hand and were able to fix our bikes and get us back on the trail really quickly. Outstanding shop, great service plenty of inventory on hand!!!

When a mate from NZ AIr Force came over, Mike and Tom rented us a Ritchie Logic road bike. We enjoyed a great ride, thanks to Team Plum Grove helping us out. Highly recommend these folks!
