I went into this place as a complete newb to mountain biking, and I can't say enough. Staff helped me out with the basics and answered all my questions. I felt comfortable enough there to ask any question I had, and all of them were answered with ease. I would recommend Pocono Bike Co to anyone, and I'll definitely be back. Also, SUPER cute dogs working at the shop

Overcharged for labor and missing parts. Owner showed no interest in keeping a local customer. Shameful dude in my opinion

We’ve been buying all of our bikes and bike equipment here for more than five years. These guys are the best. As a mom with kids that love bikes, I can’t tell you how much it means to me that there is such a helpful, knowledgeable bike shop right here on main street. They’re always spot on with their recommendations, and they go the extra mile to take care of their customers. I can’t thank Danny and his team enough for all they do.

Beware of the vicious dogs, literally took one step into the door to go and buy a new helmet and had my dog on a leash to have 2 dogs attack my dog while still in the doorway. The presumed owner didn’t even say sorry for having their dogs bite my dog. Had to quickly pick up my 30lbs dog to avoid further injury.

Danny was helpful and friendly. He answered all my questions and gave me all the information and suggestions I needed without trying to upsell me. Cant wait to become a regular! I'll probably be in this weekend to buy some gear.
