I’ve ordered a couple of things from Pro Bike Supply online. I ordered a ti bottle cage to match a new build. It was hard to find anywhere online and I am glad I chose Pro Bike Supply to fulfill. Shipping was so quick and my cage matched perfectly, so I went ahead and ordered another from them! Thanks!

Just picked up my first bike from Pro Bike Supply and I'd describe the experience as average, not good but not bad. They had the patented too cool for skool attitude I've come to expect from a hipster mtb shop. I myself can look past that but I could see how that would turn away the average consumer. They did have great prices, a great online store, and looks like they had small but great service dept for repairs and custom builds. I will most likely shop there again and definitely have my suspension serviced or upgraded. I hope this review helps I tried to be as honest and objective as possible. On a last note they did have great music subjectively speaking

This was my 1st time ordering parts from this store, when I placed my order they didn't have everything in stock & contacted me to tell me that my order would be my order would be delayed for about a week, so I asked them what was going to hold up the order they contacted me right away to let me know. What I liked the most was they were ON top of my order & let me know every step of the way what was going on & when I would receive my parts & that is important to me. And I gotta say their prices were better than everywhere else, so yep 5 stars for me & Yes I will shop there again, Awesome experience!! RC

The crew at Pro Bike Supply was great to work with, and made the buying process as smooth as can be. Great communication from start to finish. The bike was packaged incredibly well, and was everything advertised. Great experience for my first time buying a bike online. I'll certainly buy from PBS again.

I have made coupe of purchases recently from PBS one of them some apparel and the second one orbea bicycle. The bicycle arrived just today and looks like they took the time to make sure that the frame and the components were very well protected from any possible damage during the shipping process. I am very satisfied with the entire experience. Well done guys👍
