We had a great experience renting from E Motion Sports. We rented 2 E Bikes at she was . The condition of the bikes were impeccable. Jennifer and John made us feel welcome and there kindness is authentic. Great people !! We then road north to the Newport Beach Pier and passed Balboa Pier then on to the end of the boardwalk. It was amazing to be able to ride with such ease in such a beautiful area. We will be returning!

Rented two scooters for couple of hours, it was a great experience. The owners Jennifer and John were very friendly and attentive. Fair prices, overall an excellent place to rent a bike for a fun day out. Recommend, we will be back!

It’s taken me way too long to write this review, as our amazing time with this company began in the summer of 2024. My husband and I live locally and decided to enjoy an e-bike ride on a special day without the kids. We booked our appointment and showed up to rent our bikes. We were greeted by Jennifer in the most pleasant and friendly manner. She showed us the bikes and stayed with us as we tried them out. She helped us pick the ones that worked well for us and off we went on our 4-hour trip. Upon return, we overheard Jennifer telling another customer that they sell their rentable bikes at the end of the season for a very reasonable price. Hubby had recently been talking about wanting to purchase bikes and he had a birthday coming up. So at the end of our trip, we talked with Jennifer about purchasing the bikes. The price was so great, we couldn’t pass it up. PLUS, her husband John is a great mechanic and made sure to get the bikes into great shape before we picked them up. We’ve enjoyed our bikes so much, we decided to get one for our teenage daughter. And of course that meant returning to E-Motion for our purchase. Jennifer and John showed us our options and we got the best bike for our money and purposes. Since then, they’ve helped us do add-ons to make it really safe and special for her. I cannot put into words how much we love this shop and feel so well taken care of!! Great job guys! You KNOW we’ll be back soon!! 💕💕💕

E-Motion Sports was amazing! We rode the E-bikes all around Newport beach with the family! It was a great time! Jennifer was super kind and helped us with our rentals!
