They did a great job tuning up my Giant bike. I had put a lot of miles on it and it sure needed it. My front disk brake had been chirping, and they fixed that too.

My mother and I walked in and spoke with a gentlemen a few weeks ago on a Saturday and explained the problem I was having with my ebikes seat. He let me know he wasn't allowed to work on them but still he explained in detail how to possibly fix my problem and even gave me some small hardware he had spares of. Very knowledgeable and never made us feel lesser than... Unlike another local shop. Will definitely be finding a reason to come back to this store and support them.

We called first and asked if we can bring the bike in, had 2 flat tires, we were asked what type of bike, then took the time to load it up in the car, brought it in within the hour Unloaded it, then when he saw it, he said he really didn't want to work on it, looked like someone was already messing with it. Our nephew had both tires fixed with new tubes and adjusted the gear wire literally in TEN minutes Thank you to our nephew, not to this shop, who wasted our time.
