Great location, building, and product availability! The service was top-notch! They know what they're talking about, and they fixed my bike inside the time frame that they originally estimated! Rad bikes are amazing, and now I'm lucky to have a service and retail center near me. Shop was clean, organized and had so much to look at and also a place to wait if you were having your bike serviced. Super friendly staff!

Great experience with every member of the team from service to sales! While we were there shopping another customer came over to say how awesome that store and team was - and he wasn’t wrong! We can’t wait to cruise on our RadRovers around town!

They took off my old freewheel and put on the new one that I had bought from HQ. They did this as a no-charge customer service gesture. Very thankful that there are cool people out there willing to help when needed. I love my Rad Power bikes and will be a customer for life.

Great e-bikes and wonderful customer service. Every single person we can in contact with was extremely helpful and kind. We own 3 Rad e-bikes. Special shot out to Jerry and Nate most recently repairing my son's bike. Prompt, attentive and informative

Today for the first time I went to the Rad Power Bikes store and upon entry, I was warmly greeted by two young gentlemen who were busy working on ebikes but both were ready to assist, so that was a very good first impression. Kujo answered all of my questions, he was knowledgeable, didn't rush me and provided excellent customer service. The location was easy to get to, good visibility from the road and plenty of parking.
