I have been a customer at Reality Bikes for probably close to 20 years now. I have bought a dozen bikes and have never been disappointed. I have bought road bikes, triathlon bikes, and mountain bikes throughout the years for me, my husband and my son. Todd always goes above and beyond to get the job done and to make sure his customers are happy. I am thankful for my bike shop!!

Brian and Ed are awesome! Had to get my disk break taken off my quietkat bike, they fixed it quickly. Very knowledgeable and great pricing. I will be back.

The shop is fantastic. The staff is nice and the store had a lot of solid cycling brands (Specialized, Pinarello, etc.). I came in to get a bike fitting with Todd and I couldn't be happier. High quality triathlon bike fitting for long distance racing / Todd walked me through step by step and made great suggestions / I walked out feeling much better in my saddle / armrests and my posture was noticeably improved. The fitting took about an hour. Highly recommended!

Outstanding, I can't believe I live just a few miles away and it's taken me 5 years to find this place! Great bike shop and excellent bike service. I had to take my fat bike in for some TLC, just a clean and a little lubrication was required. Booked in and turned around in less than 2 days. Just brilliant, these guys love bikes and want you to to be part of it. I would highly recommend, this is now my bike shop of choice!
