Ride On is a great place to get a bicycle. I’d been out of 2 wheel bicycling for a number of years. If you try figuring out what’s new and what works from the internet and YouTube, good luck. I sent Bill a message and he called me back that day. He asked what type of riding I’m interested in. I came in to the store and he had 6 bikes setup for me to try. He was adjusting them as I tried them out. I made a choice and I couldn’t be happier with it.

Wooster is lucky to have a bicycle shop this good!! Can’t say enough about how knowledgeable and professional the owner and staff are. They’re always happy to help in any way they can. Fantastic selection to top it off.

Ride On is a great place to get your next bike. Bill and Jackie are extremely helpful and very passionate about cycling. They are also the only approved Allied mountain bike dealer in Ohio. I enjoy going to their group rides on Tuesday evening. They have four groups so there is a pace for everyone.

Took my disabled wife's trike in today with a brake problem. They basically dropped what they were doing to repair it and tune it up for a very reasonable price. GREAT SERVICE!

I had an eBike purchased through the manufacturer website which linked an option to have the bike and accessories built locally for a $180 fee. In support of local and small business I opted for Ride-On. The bike was delivered in a week and built in a day. This seems like the start to a great story, but it is not. When I came to pick it up, the owners were short, rude, and wouldn’t help me unless I had a “code” from Aventon, which I had never received. Once I found an order number I tried to get the older lady’s attention when she started saying “I can’t do anything for you unless you have a code” repeatedly as I tried stating that I have the code. She relented, put it in, and dismissed my wife and I. Before we left, I asked if my other parts were coming in and she stated “No” without looking at the computer or anything and walked away. Upon receiving the bike and taking it home I found the tires completely flat, loose hanging reflectors, a scratch on the screen, and really loose brakes. I then went back myself and made sure that was all fixed. Fast forward a week and a half, I come back into the shop after receiving a call that my other order has arrived. Both owners have backs to the door and didn’t even address me as I walked in. I had to walk up behind them and say excuse me. They bring it out and it’s a child buggy that I paid $400+ for and she’s just dragging it across the floor in a box. A close friend who recommended them had his entire bike, racks, and child buggy built by them and did not have an issue. They were rude, not helpful, and acted as though I wasn’t worth their time. I wouldn’t buy air for my tires there. Better hope they are having a good day when you come in, otherwise don’t bother. They didn’t do the job right at all and I am very disappointed in a “4.9” rated company. 1/10 would never recommend.
