Really great & nice mechanics. Quickly replaced a tube when I got a flat, showed me what I'd been doing wrong when I tried to patch it by myself, and helped me with directions back to where I was going.

Recently made the mistake of going to a different shop closer to me due to convenience and current traffic. Had a simple request to pop open my tire so I can remove the tube and make it tubeless (Brand new tire and wheel set from factory, already ridden with tubes, 150mi). After coming home and many tries of keeping air in my tires, I gave up. I decided to head to Ridgefield Bicycle Company where they pointed out multiple tears in the rim tape and damage to the rim itself. A nice worker re-taped the rim and filled it with air to ensure the tape was good. He also voiced other concerns and taught me about preloading my stem/handlebar. My 73mi ride yesterday was a success. I've been really happy the 2 times I've come here and will continue to only come here in the future. Thank you all for passing your knowledge along to me, it has been really helpful!

A very positive experience a week ago when I was stranded with a tubeless flat. I had to get home for a childcare pickup and these guys dropped everything to help - great work and they explained everything patiently - keep up the good work!

Specifically I wanted to thank and recommend Andrea who helped me with an excellent and thoughtful bike fit for my TT triathlon bike. Andrea has experience as a cyclist and physical therapist that elevates her bike fitting technique. She also listens to my concerns and continues to work with me to help my bike be even more comfortable.

Huge shout out to this Bike shop! During a group ride, someone broke a chain and did not have a master link. We were about a mile and a half from the shop. No on could fix it so on a whim, I took a shot and called the shop to see if they would be available to drive out to us and fix it. Surprise! Within 15 minutes a guy from the shop was there. Sorry I forgot his name but he was great. Super quick fix, and we finished our ride. That was AMAZING! Thank you!
