We saw the Lamoille Valley Rail Trail while driving around the Hardwick area. We lucked out and found Riverside Cycles. We rented bikes and had a great time. The team was really nice and helpful, the bikes are new and nice, and the trail was beautiful.

Had a great experience getting a tune-up done on my bike. It had a couple of minor issues and was due for its first tune-up. Ths staff were friendly and knowledgeable and my bike seems better than ever! Thanks so much! I really appreciated how I was treated and the attention to detail shown by the bike techs.

On Sunday, September 22, 2024, I rode the LVRT from Morrisville to Hardwick and back. Just as I had approached my turnaround point, I had a flat tire! Unfortunately, I had dismissed the idea of bring a tube and tools. (Bad idea!) A lovely woman, Erica, at the beautiful new Cabot Creamery, called ahead to Riverside Cycles for me. Although Riverside Cycles was about to close, they told Erica that they would wait for me. I quickly walked on the trail to the store, where employees Sharon and Jasper were there waiting for me. I was absolutely thrilled that Jasper quickly fixed my flat while Sharon checked me out. They were both lovely and gracious and I so appreciated that they stayed late to help me. A big two thumbs up to Riverside Cycles!

We were so excited to find this new bike shop in Hardwick! I rented an e-bike for the second time ever to ride on the rail trail. Great service, friendly and clearly knowledgeable about bikes!
