Roberio is the most friendly, passionate, welcoming business owner my husband and I have ever met. We planned a very spontaneous trip to Miami to escape the cold in the northeast. My husband, an avid cyclist wanted to rent a bike to ride while in Miami. I stumbled upon Roberio from a recommendation from another bike shop. I called 5 mins to 6 pm on a Friday evening and Roberio answered. He had no idea who I was but said that he would make the bike rental happen. He asked us to send him some specifications and he would set my husband with the perfect bike. When we arrived in Miami we realized that Roberio wasn’t even open but came in just for us. Roberio was more than helpful, shared his passion of bikes with us and was just genuinely kind and authentic. His employees are equally as passionate as Roberio is and were so welcoming. If we lived in the area there would be no other cycling shop we would go to. Thank you, Roberio for everything. We can’t wait to visit again soon!

Newer store located right beside a high end car detailing and wrap store (door is last door to the right). Mainly service (repair) focused and most bikes they were fixing are on the higher end side of bikes. A perfect option for those who are really looking for higher levels of service and detail. They sell road, gravel and mountain bikes as well. Owners are generally running the store and have been in the bike industry for decades so expect amazing levels of service and a high level of product knowledge. Mostly a Brazilian and South American crowd. If you bought a bike that was 600+ dollars then this is likely the store for you. Note that they are still putting their store together, most bikes are there waiting to be picked up from service.

If you’re looking for a reliable family owners bike shop this is your place. Roberio his wife and staff are very professional. Most shops take days to fix your bike. If you’re in a time crunch they will get your fix done asap. They will even deliver your bike if need be.it’s a chill spot for cyclists to hang out as-well. If you’re looking to do a long ride / adventure and you need support for a ride. You can hire Roberio and his team to take care of all your ride support needs.

This is hand down the best cycle shop ! ! Excellent service ! And excellent customer service ! Nice friendly and they definitely know what they are doing ! Took my mtb to change hubs and tubeless setup ! Even cleaned the bike ! All Around the staff and the owner are excellent ! 5 stars

Roberio saved the day! I was out for a ride and my tube was damaged and tire went flat. The shop was closed, but Roberio was in and changed out the tube and inflated both tires. Above and beyond service!! Grateful to have this shop in the neighborhood!
