I recently had an outstanding experience with Safety Cycle. I recommend them enough for high end bicycles repairs! When I brought in my 2022 Specialized Turbo Levo to replace the motor, I was warmly welcomed by the staff. It's not every bike shop that handles such specialized work, and I truly appreciated their expertise. After inspecting my bike, I left a deposit and was informed that it would be ready in two weeks. To my surprise, they completed the job in just one week! When I picked it up, my bicycle it was running super smooth, just like a brand new model. They even updated it with the latest software, and I felt completely ready to shred the trails again. Thank you, Safety Cycle, and staff for your exceptional service and professionalism. You guys are the best!

I bought my bike back in 2020 at this place and ever since I always bring it here for tuneups. Super friendly staff, very knowledgeable and the most important they honored the pickup time I was promised. Highly recommend Safety Cycle!!

This store and the owners and entire staff are amazing. I'm new to electric bikes and even though I didn't buy mine from them they were super helpful in getting it assembled and helping me understand the specific brakes it uses. They assembled one for my girlfriend as well. Super knowledgeable about all things bicycle and are very kind and patient if, like me, you're a bike novice. They just set me up with new brakes pads and walked me though a great technique to oil the chain. Plus, there's nothing better than a neighborhood bike shop and this has that nostalgic vibe that takes me back to when I was a kid. I also ride there but if you drive there is parking off the alley in the back of the store. Thanks again guys!

Visited this establishment after another bike store down the street was closed before they're posted hours. This place is exactly what I was looking for. I just needed to get my are filled in my tires and also wondered if there was something wrong since it wasn't working at the gas station. They were able to fill my tires right away and did so for free. This is the type of customer service that will bring you back when you need something. Thank you for your assistance. So greatly appreciated and happy that you stayed open for the hours that you post online.

Came in yesterday to drop off my scooter to get the tire fixed. Was told to come pick it up the next day. Came in early to pick it up. Wasn't even complete. The manager Francis refused to work on it, just sat there on his chair playing on his computer all day. I can't go to work because it's too far and it's thanks to them. If you want a repair on anything please go somewhere else... said he didn't care about it and that he does this for fun
