i recently purchased my very first road bike through SDC. The first time i went in i knew nothing about road bikes, Dan warmly greeted me and proceeded to spend the next hour and a half walking me through every part of the bike, recommended accessories, maintenance and answered every question i had. He even took me on a test ride to make sure i liked what i was buying. When the bike was ready for pick up, Chris worked with me in the parking lot to make sure that it was fully set up to my liking and went over any other questions i had. the customer service here is top notch, i never once felt rushed even when i was asking a million questions i would 100% recommend this shop to anyone and will definitely be returning for all future tune ups/purchases

We collaborated with this colorful PB Bike Shop for a bike ride with a clients visiting SD. The bikes are top notch, a lot nicer than other bike rentals we have done over the years! Dan and Nick were great to work with. They are also next to a tasty Acai shop and a block from the ocean!

This is the best bike shop in PB! I have been here numerous times for tuneups, rentals, and recently bought a bike with them! The staff are SO freaking nice and helpful… never make you feel stupid, don’t try to upsell every little thing, and are patient wonderful humans. It feels good knowing I’ve found my trusted bike shop for anything I could ever possibly need.

The nicest, most knowledgeable bike shop in San Diego. My boyfriend and I are on and off training for races and have gone to multiple shops but this is by far the best. Above and beyond customer service and just great people. This will forever be where we go for our bike needs!
