Hubby and I haven’t biked since we were kids. We decided to get e-bikes and the South Side Cyclery family helped us with everything. We got exactly what we needed and now we’re on the road would recommend to anyone just getting started or a cycling pro.

This is hands down the best bike shop in St Louis. They fixed three of my bikes this week, and had them done in a day, so this was a great time to take them instead of the spring. All three ride like new. They have a great stock of genuine parts, and really know what they’re doing. Couldn’t say enough good things about them, I’ll never take my bikes anywhere else and I’ll be bringing the rest of them back to buy more of the awesome saddle I put on one. You can’t go wrong here and all their staff are super nice.

Update 10/28/24: Southside cyclery is a gem to South St Louis... They support our local community and every time I go in here for anything I have a good experience. Update 5/1/24: I have been back to this shop many times since my original review. Each time I've gone back I've had positive experiences. The original reason that I sought out South Side cyclery was because of a bike purchase I made online that had issues from day one. I really appreciate the knowledge and assistance that this bike shop has provided me to get that bike working properly. I have since actually purchased another bike from South Side cyclery. Even though this shop helped me make my online purchase worth the investment in the future I will just bypass the whole online purchasing experience and just buy my bicycles here. This is truly a local community bike shop and I cannot say enough positive things about it. ---Seriously I had the most amazing experience today. The owners are so genuine and authentic. I cannot say how much I enjoyed visiting their bike shop today.

Just WOW! New customer - I made an appointment to have my bike looked at, it desperately need a tune-up, and probably inner tubes for the tires. Ended up needing a new chain as well. Service was done in less than 24 hours and when I picked up my bike, it was like brand new! Tuned up, cleaned up and looking awesome! I could tell right away when just rolling it out of the store to my car that it felt different! I decided to take a quick ride as soon as I got home and holy cow, it felt and rode better than it did when I bought it! Thank you South Side Cyclery for doing such an excellent job and providing top notch service. I will definitely be back for all my cycling needs!
