Came in today needing some assistance with my bike and Austin was a great help. Gave me an honest assessment of my bikes condition and helped set my chain and back tire into alignment for no charge. I also purchased some excellent ergonomic grips for my bike. Great customer service, I will be stopping by again! 🙂

Looking, @90, for an electric trike. Austin was most patient w/me trotting out different models, but I did not tealise pedaling them is like a motorcycle w/a sidecar. Actually the trikes were quite scary at my age. Austin suggested a 2-wheeler, but I could not mount it w/o losing balance. Austin was a top-notch salesman courteous & competent plus a good listener. I will stop by w/my 1972 Santana tandem for a tune up and if Austin will Captain I will stoke. Plz tell him to add the number 99 to the Eskimo 1st word of my eMail addy in case my Swiss cheese brain forgot it. TIA Ernie, notBert

Amazing experience! I brought my older trek recumbent trike in to be resurrected after sitting in my garage unused for about 7 years. Richard and his team had my trike fixed and I was riding in a week! Am I beyond pleased? YES!! I recommend everyone who needs a new bike/ trike or a treasure restored like I did to speak with Richard at Sparkys. They also rent bikes which I can't wait to do when family comes down to visit.

Came in from out of town had forgotten my bicycle pump. Said hey man, can you fill my tires. Did it with a smile. Not a huge deal. But was very happy to help someone coming in that wasn't spending money. Good clean professional shop. Very professional setup service area. If I had any bike issues and I was in the area I would certainly trust them to work on my equipment. I'm a pretty good judge of character and environment
