Brian was able to provide some details on the bikes I was looking at, and was great at listening to what I actually wanted out of a bike. Another store was really trying to upsell me to a bike that was $300 more than my budget, whereas Brian listened, and gave another example in my range, and then brought up the two bikes I was considering side by side to understand differences. He was able to get my sizing right, and when I needed to order the bike myself, just called and walked me through it. Super simple, nice people, clean store, don't go anywhere else.

I am totally impressed by this place! Their level of service is as good as any I've ever experienced. They've done a bunch of work on my bike due to a couple of mishaps I've experienced. One example of their honesty: I was convinced that the spring was broken on my rear caliper. The replacement was over $100. Brian, the owner, looked at it and discovered it was just disconnected and charged me $10 to fix it. He could have totally ripped me off based on my lack of knowledge, but he didn't. Wish I had found this place earlier. I previously purchased some accessories online. I found the same items in their store for comparable prices, sometimes even less. Awesome place!!

Can't say enough good things about these guys. Justin was superb with his customer service. My wife and I stopped in to shop new bikes for our 2 and 4 year old. With all the questions and phone calls we placed, never once did Justin so much as sigh at me. He even took the time to make sure to show me how to properly put the kids helmets on.

Friendly knowledgeable staff and a nicely laid out showroom. I was able to test ride different bikes before my purchase of a Santa Cruz Chameleon, stand, pads, and some tools for potential trailside service.

What a great shop. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I’m visiting from out of town, and they were able to service my bike same day. I know where I’ll be going from now on for my bike needs when I’m in town!
