I took my “grandma bike” in to ask about a tune-up since I hadn’t ridden it for quite a while and it did not pedal easily. The worker took about ten minutes to tighten all bolts and grease the chain and it now works great. He wouldn’t even let me pay him. This is a great local business that I urge anyone with bike problems to use. They sell bikes, too. Thank you, Spoke Life Perrysburg!

The young kid that helped me out was nice. He mentioned that he wasn't as knowledgeable with gravel bikes and mentioned someone who was, but this guy just pointed the kid to the wall of gravel bikes. I wouldn't recommend if you are trying to get into a new hobby and have a lot of questions about what kind of bike is right for you. There was a celebratory thing with charcuterie and wine going on with someone talking loudly about politics and complaining about John Edwards for whatever reason.

I just bought my new Specialized Ruby from Spoke Life and I’ve received the best customer service of any bike store that I’ve been to. I’m from Columbus and visited many stores and tried many bikes in my area before making the drive to Spoke Life and once I did that decided where I was purchasing my bike. On the phone or in person they have the most knowledgeable, friendly, and enthusiastic staff. Their level of enthusiasm for bikes and cycling makes me want to work there. Kathryn was amazing to work with and I couldn’t be happier with my new bike. I highly recommend Spoke Life to anyone interested in a new bike or needing some expert advice.

Very helpful and informative staff. They spent over 3 hours with me and my wife. Highly recommend them for your next bike purchase.
