I have never left a review of any store, EVER! If you race and have a fat bank roll or you are close with the owners, I am sure this is a fantastic shop. If you are a "regular" customer they will hate you and make your biking experience hell for fun. They are SO much better than you and they will let you know! I have an on and off history with this company and won't tell every story but after many years I gave them another chance at their new location. I needed a simple tune up and new tires. That's it! But of course they didn't have tires because why would a bike shop have 700x28 tires? 8 days later with no communication I stopped in and they were still waiting on the "parts"! THE PARTS????? TIRES!!!!! I can go on Amazon and order tires and have them tomorrow but they can't get them from their warehouse in 8 days?! Think about that. Do you want to go to a bike shop that will lie to your face about not being able to get in tires just so they can mess with you?

I came in to have my rear derailleur adjusted. I thought I would have to leave my bike, but the repair was done immediately, and within a few minutes, I was able to take my bike with me. Great service!

Went this morning to surprise my husband with a new bike for his birthday. I had narrowed it down to a hybrid style being perfect for him. Beau was able to help us narrow it down. He was thoroughly knowledgeable, let us test ride several bikes, and was patient and let us take our time picking the right bike. He was not pushy about accessories at all, even encouraging my husband to ride the bike for a little bit to really determine what bags/racks etc will suit him best. Comfortable experience and awesome salesperson.

I had an AMAZING experience at this store. Not only did I snag a Stumpjumper Alloy for under $2100 (pre-tax), but the team built it from the box in under 5 days. Amazing! They even aired my front forks to my weight and let me test it to my desire with no hesitation. The whole team was so nice, didn't make me put down an insane deposit or try to oversell me on anything and was able to easily answer all my questions. I will 100% be coming back to this store as the team is knowledgeable and clearly they enjoy working together. Plus it is a HUGE space!! Thank you Spokes for giving me a great bike-buying experience for my first full suspension!!!
