I really appreciate that they held a bike for me even though it was going to take me a few days to pick it up. It was also great to have an expert answer all my questions and recommend good quality products to go along with my bike. Recently purchased a new Trek road bike, they didn’t have my size but they were able to order it and have it built and ready to be picked up in a little over a week. Everyone has a craft and these people know their craft. Very knowledgeable people and very friendly. Highly recommend to anyone interested in getting a new bike, beginner or advanced.

I’ve been coming here since it opened for bike apparel, accessories, and repairs. When it was finally time to get a serious bike and stop killing myself on my tiny garage sale mountain bike, and the old 80s Trek road bike I inherited from my dad I came here. The employees are very knowledgeable and passionate about cycling. They will take the time to fit you on the right bike. I purchased a Trek Verve 3 after trying several models and I am very happy with it. I’m so glad we have a full service bike shop in a town this size. Love this place.

With zero upscale bicycle knowledge, my significant other and I came in looking for an upscale bicycle. We received exceptional assistance in bicycle selection, personalized guidance, and fluent expertise. We were allowed brief testing, ensuring contentment, leaving a lasting impression. After verbal explanation of gears, I found myself confused, which was recognized and happily demonstrated visually, which I found generous and considerate. Months later, adjusted my seat down just to later run into the owner in the midst of a bike ride, for him to say a brief hello and recommend I should "raise my seat". He is THAT keen and sharp. I would absolutely recommend to purchase from this family-owned business. You won't forget it!
