This is the old ski shop which was located on Tussey mountain lodge. We went there today. Great customer service. A good variety of price tag. Quick turnover of fix and adjustment of ski equipment. Definitely go and check if you are planning to buy ski or snowboard equipment.

My family and I stopped by to check out the new bike shop. After being encouraged to test drive some awesome e-bikes, we now are proud owners of 3 new e-bikes. The staff is super friendly, but our favorite is Richie who was so knowledgeable, super friendly, and overall great guy! He made the process of ordering and receiving our new bikes so easy! The Bike Roost ambience is awesome! A great place! Stop by for a coffee and chat with Richie or another friendly staff member.

Staff is so friendly and so helpful. BY FAR the least hostile bike shop I’ve ever been in. Super approachable and casual friendly. The Map Man was in today, and gave us a free map of Puerto Rico just because we expressed interest in visiting. The maps are also alarmingly high quality. We just went in for helmets, and ended up getting like 4 maps. All their helmets are mips, which signals a great deal of thought in their research for their stock. Floors are loud if that’s an ick for you.

I brought them a Suntour air fork so they could make an adjustment from 100mm to 120mm for a mtb build of mine. $30 later and a super short turnaround I was able to install my new parts and they told me a lot of good information so I wouldn’t mess anything up.

Editing my review in October 2024 to rave even more about this amazing shop. I had an issue with my shifting and gears that I couldn’t quite fix and I needed to get it serviced with a tight turnaround time. These guys got me in same day, and then Owen fixed it while I was still at the shop, and had me out the door within 30 minutes, with an unbelievably low service/repair cost. I can’t recommend this shop enough. 10/10! Thank you. Lovely shop with great inventory and a super welcoming vibe. The staff go above and beyond to provide the best service possible.
