Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I haven't owned a bike in several years and they were a great help in fitting me with a bike for my needs. I test rode a few different types and models before I found the one for me. They added some features to better fit my riding style, size and style. Locally owned so that is always a plus. When its time for my wife to get her bike this is where we're going to purchase 👍👍.

Georgetown Cyclewerx has been my go to bike shop when I've needed repairs, parts and lubes. It's been particularly nice to get info on our local trails from their cycling employees that build and maintain our local trails.

While traveling across the US, one of our E-bikes was stolen in Salt Lake City. Paul was able to get a new bike ordered and assembled by the time we made it to Austin. More importantly, Paul was willing to meet us at the shop for pick up on Thanksgiving (of all days). Given our aggressive schedule, this was the only day that worked before we headed to Dallas and beyond. We are so grateful for his kindness and flexibility. Based on all the other reviews, it's clear that Paul's expertise and compassion has led to his success with Cyclewerx. Thank you, Paul!

Extremely friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable. Good selection for an independent smaller-sized shop. We drove 75 miles each way, bought two bikes here, and will consider this our go-to shop due to Paul and the great treatment we received.
