Friend broke a cable on the Erie Canal trail so we turned north at Fultonville. Fixed it while we waited and got us back on our way to Amsterdam in no time. The ride back down the hill was much more pleasant than the ride up, but the team here was passionate about bikes and bikers and were incredibly helpful. Wish them the best!

The Bike Works is the only place I would take my bike for service. Knowledgeable friendly staff, and the selection of bikes is great. They even have some used bikes of quality that you can afford... if the new bikes are too pricey. It's a great local business that my whole family uses. Highly recommended !!

I was riding through Johnstown, NY with a group of riders and I was having some significant flat issues. I stopped without an appointment and Neil fixed me up with a new tire and new tubes. Very responsive, great customer service and knowledgeable. Prices were very reasonable. I would highly recommend.

Awesome bike shop and staff was supper helpful in guiding me to get the exact bike I was looking for at an affordable price as well, other places had no desire to help at all. Neil was great and knows his info on these bikes! Highly recommend

Came here in a pinch needing equipment to rejoin a 3 day ride, and Neil was nothing sort of wonderful. Super helpful and far friendlier than most bike shops I’ve ever popped in to. Prices were very reasonable and surprisingly thorough selection. Go here!
