Super friendly and welcoming shop to riders of all style and experience. Very reasonably priced parts and labor and highly knowledgeable staff. Never had a poor experience and will continue to do business with the Gearhouse Team until the end of time. Highly recommended!

Shop is nice enough. However the premium mountain bikes offered wouldn’t be affordable to majority of Randolph families. While I certainly understand why the shop would want to offer specialized mountain bikes for hobbyists, who can afford them. It would be great to also see bikes offered for more casual users and those who don’t want to spend 2000+ on a bike.

My bicycle is back in working order for a fair price. And the shop is in town with a public parking lot next door- super easy to access.

Went in to get my bike checked out. Got an estimate and reserved/booked an appointment with them to drop off my bike to get serviced. Overall, they were very welcoming and properly explained to me what the bike would need in terms of repairs. In addition to that, Robin helped me go through the bike helmets and explained to me very thoroughly about the differences between each bike that they had in stock. They both gave me superb recommendations that came from an objective standpoint, and not just to sell their merchandise. He also asked me if I wanted to take any of the bikes out for a spin. Overall stand up guys! Robert set up my appointment for me and was very cordial and friendly with me. They were knowledgeable about what they were selling, and what the customers needs are/were and how to meet them.

I purchased great quality cross country ski boots here. The owners were eager to help, kind, and efficient! If I need any more winter gear, I will absolutely be returning.
