From start to finish, their service was exceptional—friendly, professional, and truly passionate about cycling. The rental bike I received was top-notch, well-maintained, and perfect for the ride. I had a scheduled appointment to drop off my e-bike for service due to the chain skipping gears. When I told him the problem he said to give him a few minutes to see if it was a quick fix which it was. They could have easily uncharged me and spent more time than necessary. I highly recommend this shop. The staff is phenomenal.

This shop is cool as heck. I called and spoke to Tyler about an adapter for a bike stroller. He was very helpful and when I arrived I met up with Dylan. He helped me out promptly and was very informative. I told him it was for a woman who needed it to haul her stuff around with her bike. She lives near Lady of Hope Church and he said they are affiliated with them and gave me the part for free. I thought he was joking but he wasn't and said because I'm helping her he is helping me. It's rare to see these type of actions take place nowadays so I felt compelled to write this review to give them praise. That was an awesome move and I will definitely come here if I get a bike! Life is not all about money..

I brought my Townie bike in to have the chain replaced. First, the salesperson tried to push me into an over $200 tune up. When I said no, I got a price of $114 for the repair so I had it done. Got a phone call while they had the bike and was told the brakes needed adjusting-they seemed fine when I took the bike in, so I said no. Picked up my bike the next day. Good news is it does shift easier. Bad news is the chain does not always run smoothly and seems to catch and make a noise and I had to adjust the back brake that was way too tight and rubbing on the wheel. I am a senior woman on a fixed income and I feel like they were just trying to take advantage of me. If the chain breaks, I will take it elsewhere for the repair.
