I recently purchased two e-bikes from Bicycle Warehouse in San Marcos. Although I did a fair amount of research and previous test rides at other retailers prior to this visit, I still had several questions about the bikes I wanted to buy. The level of customer service I received from Walter P. was exceptional. He was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and professional throughout our entire interaction, which lasted for a few hours. His approach is the sole reason I decided to purchase these bikes from Bicycle Warehouse. Thank you Walter for such a good experience. Keep up the great work!

After many bike service related issues and difficulties ( service tech department) , I have address the problem to store manager Walter. He has been extremely helpful and passionate with customer service and supporting his clients and friends with anything that is at his disposal. I’ve seen Mr Walter handling any situation from discomfort and bad reputation into something nice and well done professionally practiced. I purchased my first bike at this store back in Oceanside ( not longer opened). I purchased an exceptional bike now. And it is a tremendous joy to ride again . Thank you Walter and staff for the great service, genuine friendship and optimum delivery. You guys are the real true force behind the scenes that continues to strive for great customer service. Went in bought a chain for a bike express. It was a seven speed rad bike sold me a chain for $23.03 times what you can get on Amazon and it was seven links short. So usually you go to the store for customer service and knowledge but at this shop they don’t have that they’re just going to victimize you and get as much money as they possibly can from you. This has been my experience. I will not go back.

I had a fantastic experience at Bicycle Warehouse buying my first E bike. Walter takes the time to help you find the right bike for you, rather than just selling you what's in stock, also noticed all the sales people friendly greet customers and provide lots of help in an experienced but not condescending manner. Sometimes that's hard to find in specialty sport shops! Best experience ever!
