I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Path! Their customer service is unparalleled! I had a fit issue with my Bronson I bought there, Jeff and Tani helped me with a fit consultation. We came to the conclusion that I was on the wrong size bike and Tani made sure I was riding on the proper size. Something else popped up with my new frame and Zach contacted Santa Cruz and got it sorted out lickety split. Everyone that works at the Path is amazing, they're kind, friendly and highly knowledgeable about the inventory they offer. The Path has an unbelievable selection of different bikes from almost every major manufacturer. I cannot say enough positive things about this shop! The next time you're looking for a new bike, upgrades to your current bike, gear, have questions about a bike or gear, or just some friendly conversation The Path Bike Shop is your one stop shop and should be at the top of your list. I've seen The Path morph over the years and this new location is amazing. It really showcases the product well and don't let the small building size (from the outside) fool you, they've packed a ton of bikes in this space. I turned the far left corner and you entered and saw all of the bikes on display. Just amazing. All of the wood bike racks, wood display stands are a nice touch. I took a peek into what will be the new service area and it's top notch. Couple all of that with great staff and you have a winner place. Support local - it's well worth it!

The Path Bikeshop, Tani and his employees are the best. Nice people, helpful and reasonably priced. We bought two Pivots and referred The Path to our friends in the mountain biking community. One friend had already purchased a mtb based on our testimonial. Keep up the good work guys.

me and my cousin came with a bike with a contaminated hydraulic disc brakes, they said 35$ we said ok, and then they found a new problem, they said 75$, we said ok, they broke a piece, they said $150, we said no, they kept insisting yes, we kept insisting no, the manager says new piece but old piece… we say fine, they say total is 100$, they say $25 tax and they say they broke more piece, they say extra 50$, we mad, we leave bike yo pickup 2 weeks later. This place sucks, dont go here, its overpriced, I would take my chances on jax bicycle shop

I did not get a good vibe from this store....I felt that some of the staff weren't as knowledgeable...one staff member simply sits on a chair....I felt kind of pressured...their outlet store is better the guy who works there is more friendly and willing to engage with customers...also prices were quite high
