Excellent service from my local Trek store! I brought in my bike due to a skipping/crunchy sound, and Elijah quickly diagnosed the issue. At his recommendation, I left my bike in the shop so they could also assess a creaking noise. The team never made me feel rushed or pressured to buy anything unnecessary. They took the time to listen, were transparent about all services and repairs, and provided a great customer experience. Plus, I appreciate that they know my name when I walk in the door!

I came in from out of town and the team at Trek Tustin was awesome. They overhauled my bike in 24 hours, were friendly, knowledgeable and can’t say thanks enough. I have been doing lots of riding and the bike feels like new again and have been enjoying the trails.

The friendly team that works at Trek Bicycle in Tustin really knows bikes. These guys are cyclists themselves and are able to provide as much information as you need when it comes to selecting your next bike, maintaining that bike, and getting the most out of your purchase. I recently bought a new 2025 Trek Domane SL7 Gen 4 and met with two other Trek dealers before deciding to purchase from Trek in Tustin. I'm very glad that I was patient and took the time to find this dealer. Special shout out to Nathan who spent a good couple of hours just answering my questions and making sure that I was comfortable with the various intricacies associated with electronic shifting and with disc brakes - both of which were new aspects for me. Loving my new bike and am getting a lot of envious looks while out riding!

My experience with Trek Tustin has been awesome. The staff is knowledgeable, attentive, and welcoming. They originally helped me with a bike fit in 2021, and most recently assembled my new bike, provided recommendations, and used that same bike fit data to ensure my new bike was all dialed in. They’re truly a great down to earth shop that cares about cycling and community and I can’t recommend them enough!

My 25yr old road bike was in good condition but in desperate need of a derailleur adjustment and riding terribly. These guys tuned it up overnight as well as adjusting the brakes at a very reasonable price and it has been riding beautifully ever since! Highly recommend their tune up services!
