I purchased two e-bikes there. The staff was very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. They have stood by their warranty. My e-bike kept cutting out every so often and would just shut off. I brought the bike back there and they stood by their warranty. They troubleshooted it and found it was due to a loose battery. After some washers to shim it the bike road like new. I would refer anybody to the peddler.

This is an awesome local shop, with a great selection, prices, and staff. Calvin is such a righteous and helpful dude, I was so happy working with him! I found an older model Trek e-bike that I got a great deal on and my girl got her hand-me-down Gazelle tuned, spiffed, and ready for action again. Calvin went over ever little detail about the Gazelle we asked him to, and never made us feel rushed or judged for asking simple questions. There is none of the pretentious douche-bagery I've often experienced at bike shops with staff acting as if you're an annoyance or an idiot for not knowing as much as they do. This shop is getting all my business for as long as I'm in the Bay! They have been locally owned since 1978, give them your business!

Exceptional customer service! Calvin who attended to us was very knowledgeable and efficient and went above and beyond to ensure that I got the best bike to fit me. I was able to test ride a few different bikes before being shown the awesome bicycle that I ultimately ended up taking home with me. All possible adjustments were assessed and made for me. Great bike, great value, excellent experience I would 12 out of 10 recommend this shop to anyone looking to buy a bike, bike accessories and/or get a bike tune up. Thank you The Pedaler Bike Shop!

I have visited the shop earlier also Calvin is always welcoming, nice and have fixed my bike. Today visited the shop as my rear tyre got flat...Jeff is very nice and is passionate about bicycles. The shop is also really cool. However when I asked the worker there that when I use my brake it makes whistling sound...the guy told its normal when you use break the whistling sound does come.. which I know is not right...anyway I googled myself to fix it by myself.
