Jack is fantastic to do business with. He's meticulous in assuring your bike is fitted to you and takes everything into account, age, riding style, etc. My only regret is I didn't have Jack fit me sooner. Great service, never felt rushed and he's a wealth of knowledge.

Couldn't be happier with Jack, his fitting and service. I've been riding my road bike for 18 years without a proper fit. Had some fitting misfires at two local shops and a high end fit place 18, 10 and 2 years ago! Found Jack and he changed my riding in many positive ways - almost like having a new bike. Comfort, performance, overall enjoyment and more. My Strava segments and route times are up at least 10% with no extra effort, which was an unexpected benefit! Jack is a committed professional. My schedule was a challenge but Jack was gracious working with me. I am an engineer with TONS of questions and Jack couldn't have been more patient. He challenged my assumptions and boy was he right. Lastly, his parts selections were spot on, priced fairly and wouldn't let me waste money on unneeded changes. On top of all that Jack is quite a personality. Frankly, I view Jack as a trusted advisor that I heartily recommend.

Jack does a great job at a reasonable price! I have had road and time trial fittings done and he has also worked on my road, time trial and cycle cross bikes. He just set me up with some great flashers to make me more visible to the distracted drivers out there! Thanks Jack! See you soon.

Jack fitted my new tri bike. he asked questions about my style of riding and explained what adjustment he was doing. He did rush the fitting answer my questions with very helpful answers. I am very happy with his professionalism and would recommend anyone looking for bike fitting to contact him .

I was touring in the area and I get some gears problem. I went to the Velo ressource and he was really helpful. He fixed my bike and gave me some nice advice about the best road I should take for my ride.
