Was looking for a fixie bike for me and a cruiser for my wife and we found Jason’s shop. A lot of local bike shops don’t have fixies listed on their site so I was happy to find his. He was really friendly as well. Happy with the bikes.

Jason is so professional, kind and awesome. I’m so glad to have bought my first bike with him. He’s been through and gone above and beyond with his service. I’m looking forward to continuing visiting his shop for any future bike needs. :-)

2/17/24 I am posting a follow up today since I have yet to receive a refund to my credit card for this purchase. This company is unbelievable. After their response that they had the bike, I had my son try and purchase it once he returned from his deployment. He had the same response that I had below and he did not receive a timely refund either. I did my due diligence before ordering from this company but this has been a nightmare. Buyer beware, for sure! Found a bike at Tic Spin that was sold out from Sole so called Jason who assured me that it would be shipped the next day and would arrive on December 14th or 15th. I did not receive the email with the tracking number so called on the 13th to see when we could expect the bike only to discover that it had not yet shipped. I could not accept the bike at a later date as no one would be at home after a certain date. Finding this out at this late date, I cancelled my order and was assured that I would receive a credit on my credit card within 24 to 48 hours. I’ve called my credit card to check on the credit, and Jason, multiple times requesting a a refund and emailed the company. It is now December 21st and I have still not received a credit on my credit card. It seems to be a simple transaction so I’m not sure what the problem is with issuing a credit. I read all of his reviews prior to placing the order but will not be a customer in the future. This is unfortunate and is disappointing. Jason, you need to work on getting a better team of employees working for you to follow through and do their job correctly!
