TBG is the place to go for cycling support. My husband is a huge cross and road cyclist and we appreciate having such a great shop in our town. If you need service, advice, or support...talk to Chris and his staff.

I can tell you that my travels across Wisconsin and meeting many mechanics riders and fellow riders, Chris is fantastic. He takes the time to explain EVERYTHING. I trust his abilities and that is huge. His suggestions are not just what he would like but understands mine. We are all different and it's important to know the rider. I'd recommend this shop to anyone.

Customer service was rather poor given the other reviews. I asked for 2 tubes by size and the clerk then asked me to repeat the information. I repeated it and he asked again, It took 3-4 tries for him to figure out the size. These were fairly standard 700x32 tubes. He then asked for the quantity. When it came time to pay, I asked for the amount and told me the cost of each tube but did not ring it up on the register. I am used to the merchant calculating the tax, so I estimated the amount due and paid. It was the strangest experience and least cordial interaction I had on my trip to Wisconsin (August 27, 2024 @ 1345).

Jonah is the kindest professional ever - an epitome of A+ costumer service. When my car wouldn’t start and I had to borrow someone else’s car because not one, but BOTH of my two bikes’ tires wouldn’t hold air, I was in a panic! But Jonah opened up an hour early for me to drop them off and get them both repaired same day. Thank you!!
