I had a great experience with the team at Trek Bicycle Lamar. Everyone there was super friendly and flexible, making sure my rental ride was as comfortable as possible. They even threw in a few extras to make sure I was all set for my ride that day. Just genuinely good people who care about their customers. Highly recommend stopping by!

Trek Bicycle Lamar is outstanding and exceptional in every way. My salesperson was Carl, who quickly helped me get to the bottom of what would be the best solution for me, within just a few minutes of thoughtful interviewing and listening to my wants and needs. The fact that there is a Service Department on site, as well as my brother's glowing recommendation of this store and its Service made it a no-brainer, especially w Carl's help today. Plenty of parking. Exceptional, knowledgeable, helpful, and respectful staff abound. Don't be silly. Reduce the wear-&-tear on your brain to figure out what is a right fit for anyone in the family. Besides, if my brother says this is the place to go, why take my word, trust his. I do!!!

The personal touch at the Austin Lamar TREK store delivered by Carl was exceptional! I hadn’t ridden for years and Carl helped me dial in precisely what I was looking for and he walked me through the steps to help me select the right type of bike for the riding I wanted to do. He also helped me identify the accessories and essential equipment I needed after the bike was delivered. And the bike is absolutely fantastic! I highly recommend this TREK store and Carl for their service and wide array of products offered. Visit them and ask for Carl - you’ll be glad you did!

Trek of Austin/Lamar is an awesome bike store. Their selection and service are second to none. Patrick went to great lengths and spent a ton of time with us in order to ensure that my son and I ended up with exactly the right bikes for our needs. We drove four hours to visit this location, and would definitely do it all over again. We are already looking forward our next trip up there. Thanks for everything!!!
