Super helpful! I’m planning to work on a bike myself and they walked me through a lot of the work I plan to do and what issues might arise. Lots of work ahead but planning to buy my parts from these guys!! 🤙🏼

I came into Trek Roseville to purchase a derailleur hangar. Fortunately, they had it in stock. The sales / service manager was very helpful and gave me a few pointers on its installation. I also wanted to replace a small piece of plastic, associated with my forks. He checked several locations and found that, due to its obscurity, that I would need to go directly through the manufacturer. I pretty much knew this before I came in. All things considered, I am thoroughly impressed with the manager's knowledge and professionalism. So, as with all of my experiences with Trek Roseville, I give them an A+ and are highly recommended.

Trek Roseville is top notch in service, knowledge, quality, and timeliness. I have brought in my road and gravel bikes multiple times for maintenance and service and they have ALWAYS exceeded my expectations. They are professionals in every way.

I was there for 20 minutes and determined that this store has terrible customer service and will not buy anything there. They had one person working who spent over 20 minutes showing sunglasses to someone while I was looking to buy a bike that day. Never as much as a "hello" or "I'll be with you in a minute". In the meantime two other potential customers came in and they waited at the front, one obviously needing bike service. There was no one else to help them. The one person from the store ran out to his car to get some sunglasses that he thought would be cool to show the sunglass purchasers and told them they could buy them online, but continued the conversation even though other customers were obviously waiting. He did acknowledge the other two customers on his way to his car, but never did acknowledge me. This says to me the sales people are pompous asses that do not care about their customer base or getting any new customers in the store. I WILL NEVER BE BACK! I spent $1000 that night at Mikes Bikes instead.... and bought a Cannondale. Final note: I called before I came to verify the bike I wanted was in stock, but after 10 minutes there was no answer and no answering machine... Trek has lost my business forever.

Got new Domane AL4 Gen4 from these guys! Delivered from different place for next morning what was unexpected, fast and professional. Answered for tones of my questions, when, where, why, how.. helped to choose the bike, saddle, everything! Definitely recommend this place!
