Great shop. Very friendly staff. Very professional. I had very specific questions about the ability to install throttle on cannondale neo allroad speed. They checked with the factory and got the instruction. Thanks Lindsey

Staff were fantastic. Listened very closely to my descriptions of my experience and fitness level and what I was looking for and offered their clear and extensive expertise in a very appropriate and mindful manner. Simply put, I entered the store feeling humble and left excited. And with an incredible bike. Bike technology has changed a ton since I toured decades ago and now I have a bike shop I can go to for service, advice, etc. IOW, my comfort level with this shop went way beyond the sale. Finally, I plan on taking advantage of their repair clinics and other events which elevates this shop beyond a bike shop. It’s a community. Lindsey was my awesome sales person and Andy offered tons of additional advice on getting started (and enjoying) trail/mountain biking. Without exaggeration I can say this shop is special. I just picked up a new Santa Cruz blur. It has been a very, very long time since I bought a new bike. Johnathan was very patient in explaining all the new bikes and the differences. I have noticed that a lot of bike shop employees have huge egos and it is impossible to talk to them without feeling like your not wanted in their store if your not a pro. Mikes in Roseville was awsome! I will definitely be back there to buy another bike.

I was referred to this business yesterday by a friend who is an avid cyclist. My friend (Alex) donated this bike yesterday to help a homeless student in Lincoln. I was told to see Andy at this shop. I arrived without an appointment. Andy assisted me with providing an evaluation of the bike to assess needed repairs. New tires and additional servicing were provided to assure the bike would be safe for operation for the homeless student. I covered the cost of repairs at my expense. Andy provided a professional discount knowing the circumstances involving the student. I promptly delivered the bike to the High School in Lincoln. 06-20-2024 - Eddie and Johnathan from Mike's Bikes in Roseville, California performed a warrantied frame swap to this red Santa Cruz Heckler. The work was completed on time with zero issues. I will definitely be back soon to purchase another bike from this location!
