I brought 2 electric bikes to them over the past week. The first repair was impeccable. The second one I had to return for an adjustment...I am a very difficult customer when I pay money and don't get my perceived value. Their mechanic came out to fix the problem and not only fixed the problem , but, he found a solution. Furthermore, he was beyond patient with me and was very kind. I have no other choice, but, to give Trek Bicycle a 5 star review:)

The staff here is always friendly and knowledgeable. This time we went in to get new bike seats and they put them on right away. Last week they gave my mom’s old huffy an overhaul and now it’s like a brand new bike. Great service as always.

I just purchased a new bike and I was really impressed with the staff and store during my initial visit and equally impressed during my second visit for pickup. The guys were friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend.

Jeff is the best. He and the rest of the staff helped my 11 year old boys so much. They treated my boys as adults and with respect. Jeff gave my son his card and my son felt like such a grown up. He even called Jeff this week to check on stock of the bike he wants and was so happy Jeff remembered him. Cannot say enough nice things about them. They really go above and beyond for everyone that enters their store.

Excellent service and knowledgeable staff. Walked in and was impressed with the selection. Got my road shoes and pedals and they even fit me on my bike to make sure my positioning is perfect. Dropped off my sons Trek that flew off my SUV bike rack at 40 mph to be serviced. Bike hardly had damage but the store will check it and get it ready for this year!
