If I could give six stars I would. Had my bike fit and bought a number of new parts and these guys had it all installed correctly in no time flat. I live in Sun City Festival and this is by far the best shop I’ve found that is relatively close to me. Glenn did my bike fit and I can’t believe how much better I feel on this bike already. This isn’t’ a typical corporate store they are locally owned and operated and you can certainly tell by how welcoming and helpful everyone is.

The Trek Store in Goodyear provided excellent service. They replaced my broken chain, bled the front brake, cleaned the rotor, and resurfaced the brake pads. They also checked the rear brake, confirmed it was in good shape, and dialed in my Fox shock to the precise PSI. Their attention to detail and clear communication made the experience great. Highly recommend!

Came in prepared to leave bike for a day or two, possibly longer if something came up. Also was prepared to spend a reasonable amount based on their pricing on the website. But, I was immediately greeted by multiple staff members. I told them what I needed, and they quickly put my bike on a stand and gave a inspection. They made a couple repairs and I was walking out around 30 minutes later, and only spent a fraction of what I was planning to spend. Oh, and my bike was not a Trek bike. I will be buying a new bike from them soon.

My wife and I are on a trip in Goodyear, we lost a small bolt on her bike so we went to this bike shop. We were greeted by every employee in the shop, and asked if had been helped. Then the employee who helped us normally gave us a small bag with two bolts, they cut the on bolt to size and smoothed the threads. Declined payment and also declined a tip, just asked for us to come back when we needed anything. As we’re not from here the odds aren’t great but hopefully we can repay in some kind with a Google review. Genuinely, this was one of the most polite and helpful shops I’ve ever been to and would highly recommend giving them a try.

Great service. The staff were excellent, especially Brandon and the fitting specialist (Glen?), who insisted on fitting me and discussing the bike and my needs in detail before selling me the bike. Patient, knowledgeable. Great experience. Excited to ride my Madone SLR7 Gen 8. Thank you! Paul
