🚴‍♀️🌍🦸‍♂️🦸‍♂️ Saved by Two Wheels One Planet! Busted the bolt for my roof jack brake cable, and after striking out at the hardware store, I was stuck—literally! Enter Ian and Jose at Two Wheels One Planet, who not only understood my predicament but came through with the perfect pinch bolt options. Crisis averted, thanks to these bike shop heroes! Great work by the team at Two Wheels One Planet. I brought in my 2024 Wired Freedom to change out the tires. Great price, great service. My derailleur was a bit off the following day of my - so I brought it back in and the guys quickly adjusted everything to make sure the gear ratio was working appropriately. They also gave me some insight as to why the dual battery pack was not holding a charge (if you have the 2024 model, the back wheel battery pack needs to be charged separate) Thanks again guys!
