Before ordering a new wheel-set I called in for what is in stock and some guidance about what components I should get on the DT Swiss rims and hubs I wanted. I was expecting two week turnaround before the wheels shipped. I must have got a slow week as just a week in I received notification that the wheels shipped! The wheels came shipped in boxes designed for wheels with plenty of padding. Wheels are round and true and are a great upgrade for me a the type of riding I do.

One year in with a set of Velocity Cliffhangers and DT Swiss hubs and I am extremely happy. Exchanged a few emails about my riding style and what I needed, was given a few options at different price levels. I'm a larger rider and these are the first wheels I can ride hard and confidently. Will definitely get my next wheelset from WB.

Super Friendly Staff. Talked to Ben over the phone and he was quickly able to help me figure out the spokes I needed for an E-bike wheel. Received a phone call same day that my online order was ready for pickup. Looking forward to purchasing from them in the future.

With out a doubt , The only wheel place to go. From the first time they answered the phone. They treated me like I was their best customer. Great customer service. I needed two MTB wheels done that were fairly obscure. They knocked it out of the park. They were done early and absolutely fantastic. Can not say enough about what a great experience it was. 100% recommend them to anyone. Thanks Johnny Spiegel

well over 5000 miles no problems at all! amazing wheelset... The owner I believe asked me what type of riding I did and then asked my weight and put together the strongest clydesdale wheelset I've ever owned...
