The staff are super friendly and flexible and the prices are super reasonable! I was able to drop my bike off before close one night for repairs and it was done the next morning. Would definitely recommend!

Great shop, very quick tuneup on an old bike. The seat was completely loose when I got it back, but this was easy enough to fix in the garage.

As new cyclist to the Hyatsville neighborhood, I felt very welcome at Arrow Cycles. I was helped after getting a tune up by Chris D. one of the co-owners (in tandem with Chris M)! He helped with fiddly issues after the tune-up which other stores in my experience charge for the follow-up. So nice and now my Surly shifts like butter. Thanks so much and I'll be back!

Unfortunate that on two separate encounters the guy Chris has been rude both in person and over the phone. Knowledgeable staff (Delaney and Ari? are great every time), good technical service, bedside manner needs tremendous improvement. Not a good look for someone newer to the cycling community and looking for a go-to shop.

The team at Arrow is exceptional. They are very knowledgeable and do outstanding repair work. I appreciated that they treated me with kindness and respect and were not dismissive of my sort of ignorant questions. Arrow is a gem of a bicycle shop!
